Welcome to the Nodal Pay Help Centre. Nodal Pay is an app based protected payment platform currently under development in India. The full Help Centre, with searchable articles, in app guides and step by step walkthroughs, is planned to arrive together with the app. Until launch, this page collects the most common questions and points you to the right place for updates.

Quick answers

Is the Nodal Pay app live yet?

Not yet. The app is currently under development and cannot be downloaded. Launch details will appear in the Coming Soon section of the homepage.

How will deals work?

Nodal Pay is designed so that a buyer and seller first agree clear terms in a shared Safe Deal Room, the payment is then secured, and it is released after the agreed transaction is completed. The planned flow is explained in How It Works.

Is my money guaranteed?

No payment platform can remove every risk, and we do not promise otherwise. Nodal Pay is designed to reduce common risks in person to person deals; the final payment and fund handling structure will depend on applicable law and regulated payment partners.

Which platforms will the app be available on?

Android and iOS versions are planned. Availability, eligibility and features may change before launch.

A longer set of questions and answers lives in the FAQ section of the homepage, and a complete Help Centre is planned for launch.

Platform status

The Nodal Pay app is currently under development, so there is no live service to monitor yet.
